500 squats every day for 30 days
I've set this challenge for myself. I like doing squats and I don't want to lose my quads, that's why I like doing them and plus I love the butt ^^. I thought of sharing a quote I've seen going around on instagram? "I'm working on myself for myself by myself". Stay motivated! Do whatever you like: go for a good run, go to the gym, workout at home :) Just keep working out.
Personally, I like running and squats. I hate doing abs which means actually that this is what I need to do more or rather start...
