♡ New in from Sigma

One thing I hate about Sigma is that shipping takes so long (it took more than a month!!) and you PAY for shipping whereas Asos/Feelunique/Echemist comes in about 2 weeks and they have free shipping policy. And I was disappointed with my purchase because of the quality of the packing of the brow powder I guess, I expected better from Sigma and yeah, there's no mirror inside, that really sucks..on a good note, it's a real brown instead of a brown with an red-ish tint.

♡ I'm a night person

I spent almost every night on my laptop mostly watching series online or videos on Youtube while viber-ing my awesome boyfriend, he's already asleep and I'm not, I'm a night owl and a very moody sleepy person in the morning. Right now, I'm listening to "Timber" by Kesha & Pitpull, I'm a new fan, I re-found her after listening to this one song, I think she's so free and honest and is just herself - I watched some episodes of her reality tv series. Is it just me or Kesha just looks different now? I like her makeup, and her hair. I want her hair.

♡ Empties #2

I'm back with another 'empties' tag post. I kept a box with all the products I've used up and it's time for me to finally make this post and get rid of these empties and plus I throwing away some really old and unused stuff as well. I was in the mood of cleaning out my beauty drawer.

♡ NOTD #1

Bourjois nail polishes are the best, they hold extremely well and they do not chip in big chunks or whatever, I really like them, I wished there were more colors available for everyday wear. I've used Bourjois Ultra Shine in Rose merveille and Deborah Lippmann in Stairway to heaven. This combination is subtle enough for work I think and I love glitters nail polishes though they are a total nightmare to take off.

♡ MOTD #6

Le blanc de Chanel sheer illuminating base
La Roche Posay Rosaliac CC creme
Real Technique miracle complexion sponge
Vichy Dermablend fluid corrective foundation - nude
Rimmel eyebrow pencil - 001 dark brown
Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion - original
Maybelline color tattoo - 35 on and on bronze
Avon spectra lash mascara
Stila all over shimmer duo powder - kitten
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush Balm - Drive me nude

I've added two new product to my routine this week namely the Rosaliac CC creme and Avon mascara. I've been using this CC creme as my foundation and the Vichy foundation as a concealer mainly to cover my blemishes. The CC creme does an okay job at neutralising redness but do not give any coverage, that's why I'm not ready yet to ignore foundation. And I love this mascara so much because it does not smudge at all and this is so rare because even these waterproof mascaras I've tried before does smudge on me. I have to say that I love all items in this picture and I do recommend them and yeah, this Real technique applicator sponge is amazing especially for dry skin and it can be used dry as well. Sometimes I do prefer using it dry especially if I use a silicon based primer.

I've had a good but tiring week, it went by fast so I should not complain plus I enjoyed this change in my routine actually, it made things more exciting somehow. I should get back to doing reviews, I've so much new stuff to write about that I just keep procrastinating. This type of post is just easier and quicker for me, I just take millions of pictures of this little setup until I get one which is clear enough and edit it and just write a note specifically for one or more products.

♡ Saying bye to circle lenses

I've collected these over the last two years. I don't wear them anymore and I'm not planning on wearing any of them simply because my prescription numbers changed and I'm going for a more natural look from this year on. So, I'm throwing all of them away except two pairs that I've not yet opened. I thought of giving these two pairs away for free but that could be a bad idea; I just don't want to get complains from people later on that the lenses damaged their eyes, etc.

Lancome Tresor
Cosmopolitan Beauty Expert Eyebrow Styling Kit
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush Balm - Drive me nude
Maybelline eyestudio lasting dram gel eyeliner  - 01 black

This was my second day using eyeliner after a really long time and I'm already bored with this look, it does not make me look as awake as I thought it does.

♡ MOTD #4

Vichy Dermablend fluid corrective foundation - nude & sand
Stila all over shimmer duo powder - kitten
Maybelline eyestudio lasting dram gel eyeliner  - 01 black
Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion - original
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush Balm - Drive me nude
Maybelline pressed powder - 220 natural beige
Pixi Early Bird make up kit
Le blanc de Chanel sheer illuminating base

I feel like this Pixi palette have been with me forever, this is probably one of my first makeup purchases excluding mascara and eye pencils. I wrote a review about it in December 2012, that's a long time ago and it's still in good shape especially since I haven't used it that much. The eyeshadows are not my favourite as they are pretty sheer I would say but I like using the bronzer to contour a little. I'm using two hints of my foundation because nude is too light for me and I've used sand once and it was too dark for me, so now I use "nude" for the triangle shape area of my face and "sand" on the rest...did you get what I said?.. I wore this Maybelline eyeliner today, this might me the second or third time I used it, I'm liking the look on me, it makes me look awake and I do not have to wear any eyeshadow, it's felt easier to do my eyes today and quicker too..plus the girls at work liked it too :)

♡ MOTD #3

Lancome Tresor
Rimmel eyebrow pencil - 001 dark brown
Le blanc de Chanel sheer illuminating base
Stila all over shimmer duo powder - kitten
Urban Decay Naked 3 palette
Vichy Dermablend fluid corrective foundation 16hr - nude
Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion - original
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush Balm - Give me a cuddle
Maybelline pressed powder - 220 natural beige
Maybelline color tattoo - 35 on and on bronze

Recently, these are the products I've been using. My daily routine does not change that much. Maybe this new tag will make me switch things up a little. The much talked Naked 3..it's really pretty in terms of packaging and colors are beautiful but I'm not in love with it. If I had to choose among the three Naked palette, the original Naked 1 would be my first pick. I've been obliging myself to use this one ever since I got it because I paid a relatively high price for it and waiting for it to come in stock online, etc.

The only non-makeup is my little Lancome Tresor sample bottle, it smells so amazingly beautiful and so good. I've been using it on the back on my wrists and behind my ears..I'm in love with it!

♡ Haul

Clarins Instant Smooth Self Tanning
Clearasil Daily Clear Vitamins & Extracts Wash and Mask 150ml
Stila All Over Shimmer Powder - Kitten
Maybelline Fit Me Face Powder 220 Natural Beige
La Roche-Posay Rosaliac CC Creme SPF 30 50ml
Vichy Dermablend Corrective Foundation - 35 Sand
Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Gel Wash 150ml
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush Balm - Give me a cuddle
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush Balm - Drive me nude

I love receiving these little packages. It just feels like opening presents and discovering what I've actually bought. This picture is yellow-ish because it was a tad dark in the room and I used flash; I just wanted to get done with this picture so I can try them out :) I've already tried some of them. The Clarins primer/self tanner smells weird to me, people said that it smells like regular cream and no self tanner odor but nooooo. The Rimmel chubby balms smells like candy; I don't like my beauty products to smell like food, anyways I got over it because these balms are super smooth, pigmented, and they do stained my lips. I had high expectations of the Stila highlighter duo but the packaging feels flimsy to me (maybe that's just me). The Rosalic CC cream smells like sunscreen...did not like that. At this point, I think you guys got my thinking, scents really do matter to me. If I had tried these products before making my purchase, I would not have ended up with these. Hopefully, I will get over their scent and enjoy them.
